About the healthy sleepPrinciples of healthy sleeping Medical statistic shows that almost 70% of temporary population has evident problems with back-bone. Besides the sedentary way of life is this problem made also by sleeping on unsuitable type of bed. Therefore the doctors recommended, as prevent of this problems, choose of quality bed. Medical research also shows that thanks to rewarding sleep is almost 90% of visceral and mental energy regenerated. Optimal bed would consist of quality mattress (preferably made from latex, polymer foam or “sandwich”) and slatted bed base. For optimal and connatural shape of back-bone this combination is the best. It means that back-bone is in physiological incavated shape during the shoulders’ laying and in level during the sleeping at the side of body. Back-bone, the pillar of human body, consist of 24 vertebrae which helps to move and save the spinal cord. For moving and walking are needed joints, ligaments and discus also. Especially for them is important to relax during the night and take back the humour needed for its spring power. Besides of mattress is slatted bed base second important part of bed. Quality bed base consist from wooden glulam lamellas, flexuous thanks to composition of several plies of wood. Number of lamellas is differ in various types of bed frames but for optimal spread of weight is recommended 28 lamellas at least. Flexuous lamellas can react with weighting at contact surface and help to hold the body in optimal position. Strongly recommended are bed frames filled –up with so-called “shoulder’s cradle” which markedly helps to anatomical movement of shoulders and positioning of neck’s vertebrae. For feeling of sophisticated comfort there is also possibility of positioning of bed frame. If the bed frame is risen up in part of head, make easier reading and eating in case of illness, risen up in part of legs helps to better blood circulation. Low risen up helps to easy blood outflow and salve to heart. By positioning in part of legs is possible to gain the symmetry of human body in part of knees and pelvis, tension of haunches and shoulders is lesser. Elderly generation appreciate also the possibility of vertical moving of bed frame which make the getting up much comfortable. Not only right position of back-bone is important for healthy sleeping. Next priority is perfect air and water permeability because the skin still needs to respire. Therefore the slatted bed frame is more suitable than fixed and air-proof ground sheet. Generally considered, the essential conditions of comfortable and healthy sleeping are created by combination of four following elements:
